Nicely furnished (completely stocked) with new living room furniture, cherry kitchen, granite and mexican tile, new master bathroom vanity, plantation shutters, bikes! At the community pool there are: 2 gas grills, tennis courts, a pickle court, a full-size refrigerator, a bar set up area and a gas grill, as well as a gazebo and a covered area for seating to entertain guests! Sorry, no pets allowed. 1st floor with lake view and no waiting for elevator! Avail 12/01/22 – 05/31/23. min 3 months per association
